Nicely decorated brand-new property with friendly and affable staff on reservation. Great swimming pool and stunning and excellent location just next door to the island as well as the simple beach restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Ko-ko-mo Bar nearby.

The Pool Suite Water View offered a fine infinity pool with amazing views. The beach lacked enough shaded areas, making it uncomfortable during the hot afternoons. The cooking class added a fun cultural experience to our stay.

Proximity to the beach, beautiful surroundings, pleasant and helpful staff. A lovely hotel.
The access road to the hotel was appalling. 1.5 miles of dirt track with enormous pot holes that filled with water making it even more difficult to negotiate your way on a bike. Hotel only ran a bus twice a day so finding your own means of transport was the only option. Asked reception why nothing was being done about the rioad and it turns out the road is privately owned by someone other than the hotel and they refuse to do anything about it! So can't imagine it will be sorted out soon.

Great room design and overall resort atmosphere.
The path from main road to the resort is fairly long and very rough. This should be patched up by the resort. For a resort at this level, they should have a budget to do it.

Enjoyed the fine architecture made of timber. The Pool Suite Water View provided amazing views, especially from the infinity pool. Breakfast spread impressed with diverse options each day, and the staff's attentiveness. Some outdoor areas need a little maintenance, and the drinks service at the pool was a bit slow. A great stay that was like a slice of paradise.

The location of the hotel is really nice. It is quit far from the main attractions, however there is Shattle, which can bring you anywere, for normal price.Room are beautiful, especially those with a private swimming pool. Nature aound and the beach is amazing.
Staff in the restaurant is not proffesinal enough, they always forget our order and you have to wait for food very long. First daymthey cooked meat for us on the old or spoiled oil,it smels terrible. In the rooms there are plenty of ants,so don't leave any food there.

Extraordinary service (breakfast, beach, dinner). Great location. Marvellous food (breakfast buffet and sea-food specialities). Our holidays were fantastic.
Wireless Lan should be for free.

Located on the middle of probably the best beach in Koh Chang. Good rooms, great food in the restaurant, good spa and very helpful staff.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk up to the main road. However, the staff are available to drive you but the road from the main road to Panviman is in a really bad shape in it takes almost as long to drive. The fitness centre is not what tou can call a fitness centre du to very little equipment.

Good resort for calm vacation. Very nice beach with white sand. Remote location from crowd places.
Expensive SPA&massage services. But possible to get it 4 time cheaper in the closest town.

The Thai Style villas with large room, sitting area inside, veranda outside and the large "outside" bathroom and water fall were amazing. This is an up market resort with very comfortable beds and reasonably priced mini bar and in a beautiful location right in the centre of Klong Prao Beach- allowing you to walk up the beach about 1km in either direction to discover other eating places and "watering holes". The pool and bar area were delightful and main reception were polite and very efficient. We paid less than 1/2 price on the normal hotel rate by using Booked.net. The long pot-holed 1.1 km unmade lane from the main road to the resort can be an issue (in 30degc and 80% rh) although we immediately hired a scooter from the hotel for around 300 baht /day and that took care of that. The hotel however does run a "ferry" service to the main road. Paying for internet usage is not really an issue - it was 500 Baht for unlimited data and on an aggregate of 24hrs so if you log- out your session timer is frozen. I used only about 20 hours in 6 days and never worried about running out - so dont make this a selection criteria for this hotel. This is more a romantic quiet getaway resort hotel in probably the best location on the island for luxury relaxing but still accessible to everywhere else (by our scooter !) where you eat as cheaply or as expensively as you wish. We loved it completely - great job Panviman !
That 1.1 km pot-holed unmade lane from the main road to the resort is going to be an issue for most people ...get a scooter - it made all the difference and gave us enormous amount of freedom to explore the island. Btw - White Sands beach to the north is getting a little tired and Kaie Bae Beach to the south is backpackers huts and tattoo parlors...but whatever, you will find it hard not to fall in love with Koh Chang !
